We DO NOT accept refund for any change of mind, please only purchase from us only if you are comfortable with our policy.
For incorrect / defective items:
We sincerely apologies if you have received an incorrect or defective item.
Kindly email to sghyperfume@gmail.com within 5 days from shipped date.
Any request made after the time frame will not be accepted.
For incorrect items, please do not remove it's original packaging else we are unable to do an exchange for you.
For defective items, please email together with a snapshot of the defect clearly.
Defective items DO NOT include the following:
-Dented boxes, Scratched marks, Chipped off, Different design
-Slight color difference due to resolution / lighting
-Slight difference in scent
All return and exchange will only be performed via mailing or self collection with an appointment made prior via email and approved by us.
The return fees will be borne by customer.
If the items does not comply with the above conditions, we have the rights to reject the return.
We will not be responsible for any lost mail sent back without tracking number.
For any successful refund, we will deduct off the shipping fee if the shipping is provided by us as well as any merchant fees.
